Loren oversees strategic alliances with corporate and investment partners, and directs corporate communications and marketing activities for the Kingbird brand to enhance leasing, marketing, social media outreach, project promotions, resident communications and property market position.
For Grupo Ferré Rangel, Loren is the Chief Creative Officer, where she is involved in corporate advertising, digital marketing, public relations and guiding new product development. Previously, she was the VP of Strategic Alliances and Audience Development, and served as the General Manager of Índice, in charge of optimizing corporate client relations at GFR Media.
Loren serves on the Board of Centros Sor Isolina Ferré. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from College of the Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) and earned a Masters Degree in Conservation and Architecture Preservation Studies, Boston University.
