November 2, 2017, Crain’s Boston: Kenneth A. Munkacy will lead newly launched real estate investment firm Kingbird Properties as senior managing director. He joins from GID Investment Advisors and brings more than 25 years of real estate investment experience. He also serves as vice chairman of the Global Exchange Council with Urban Land Institute.
